The project plans to produce urea-formaldehyde, phenol-formaldehyde, and alkyd resins with a combined capacity of over 24,000 TPA. The investment is estimated at Rs.399.64 million. The estimated investment is Rs. 1,250 million. Construction is planned between January and March 2026. As of January 2026, the proposal has been submitted to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.

Executive Summary: A new technical grade pesticide manufacturing project is proposed in Nagla Chamru village, Dadri tehsil, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The unit will have a production capacity of 2,000 MTPA. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 427.3 million, with construction planned from August 2026 to January 2027. The proposal has been submitted for state-level environmental clearance.
Rs.8000 Million Phenol and Acetone Mfg. Expansion Project in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal
Executive Summary: A chemical manufacturing facility expansion is planned at Paran Chak, Dhanyaghata, Haldia, West Bengal. The project will increase phenol capacity from 240 KTA to 400 KTA and acetone from 147 KTA to 248 KTA. Estimated at Rs. 8,000 million, construction is scheduled from November 2025 to May 2027. The proposal is awaiting state-level environmental clearance.
Rs.270 Million Single Super Phosphate Mfg. Expansion Unit in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh
Executive Summary: An expansion project is planned at Gauripatnam, Devarapalle, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, to enhance single super phosphate manufacturing capacity. The project includes SSP production along with sulphuric acid facilities, with an estimated cost of Rs. 270.3 million. Construction was carried out between December 2023 and July 2024.
