Rs.450 Million New Autonomous Maritime Shipyard in SPSR Nellore, Andhra Pradesh
Executive Summary: An autonomous maritime shipyard is proposed at Juvvaladinne Fishing Harbour, Bogole mandal, SPSR Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The project will establish India’s first dedicated facility for autonomous maritime vessel construction and systems development. The investment is estimated at Rs.450 million. By December 2025, 29.58 acres of waterfront and harbor land were allotted by the state government to support advanced marine technologies.
Rs.3500 Million New Lilamani Manchester Park in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Executive Summary: A new commercial development is proposed at Ashima Mill Compound, Khokhra–Rakhiyal, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The project involves adding 906.05 sq m to an existing built-up area of 135,120.66 sq m. The investment is estimated at Rs.3,500 million. Construction is planned from January 2025 to January 2026. As of December 2025, the project has been submitted to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.
Rs.4500 Million New Devanahalli General Industrial Area Development Project in Karnataka
Executive Summary: A new industrial area is proposed in Doddaballapura and Devanahalli, Bengaluru, covering about 399.25 hectares. It will accommodate non-polluting industries such as aerospace, automobiles, electronics, IT, and engineering, along with residential development. Initially estimated at Rs.3,063 million, the project was later submitted for environmental clearance as Phase-2 with an investment of Rs.4,500 million and construction planned from August 2025 to December 2026.

Executive Summary: An integrated manufacturing and logistics cluster is proposed in Unnao district, Uttar Pradesh, along the greenfield Ganga Expressway. The project aims to develop industrial and logistics infrastructure to support regional growth. The estimated investment is Rs.4,213.3 million, with construction planned from March 2025 to February 2028. As of December 2025, the project is under review for environmental clearance by the state authority.

Rs.10410 Million New Flyover Construction Project in Mumbai, Maharashtra
Executive Summary: A new flyover project is planned in E Ward, South Mumbai, to improve east–west connectivity and ease congestion at the J.J. Road–Saboo Siddik Polytechnic Road junction. Linking J.J. Bridge with Sitaram Selam (Y) Bridge, the project is estimated at Rs. 10,410 million. As of December 2025, the selected joint venture has received the Letter of Acceptance, enabling execution to begin.
Rs.1657 Million Port Expansion Project in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Executive Summary: Visakhapatnam Port Authority plans to undertake a port expansion and modernization project at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The project involves upgrading the existing WQ-6 berth along with developing intermediate and cargo storage areas to support a handling capacity of 6.0 million MTPA. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 1,657 million. As of December 2025, consent to establish has been received from the state pollution control authorities.

Executive Summary: Relaxo Footwears (Unit-II) is planning a new industrial shed project in the RIICO Industrial Area, Kehrani, Alwar, Rajasthan. The project includes constructing an 88,023.49 sq. m facility with an estimated investment of Rs. 428.7 million.
