Rs.2695 Million New Industrial Building Construction Project in Erode, Tamil Nadu
Executive Summary: A new industrial building covering 76,134.26 sq. m. is planned in the SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Perundurai Taluk, Erode, Tamil Nadu, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,695.3 million. Construction is scheduled from November 2025 to November 2027. As of August 2025, the project is awaiting environmental clearance from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.
Rs.16320 Million New Manmad-Indore Railway Line in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh
Executive Summary: A new 309.43 km railway line connecting Manmad to Indore, passing through New Dhule and Nardana to Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, is planned in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The project, costing Rs. 163,205.3 million, is set to start construction in September 2024 and complete by September 2031. Currently, it’s in the DPR and feasibility study phase, developed via the EPC route.

Rs.213 Million New Railway Application, Blower/Fan Motor for Railway Application Unit in Solan, HР
Executive Summary: A new manufacturing unit is being set up in HPSIDC Industrial Area, Davni, Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, to produce railway contactors, blower/fan motors, and resistors for power and industrial applications. The project, with an estimated cost of Rs. 213.641 million, received approval from the State High Level Clearance Committee in June 2025. Project work began as of August 2025.

Filling cum Storage of Compressed Natural Gas Unit in Khammam, Telangana
Executive Summary: A new project for the filling and storage of compressed natural gas, with a capacity of 25,000 kg/day, is planned in Venkatagiri, Gudimalla, Khammam Rural, Telangana. With an estimated cost of Rs. 29.9 million, the project has received establishment consent from the state pollution control authorities as of August 2025, paving the way for implementation.

Executive Summary: A new four-lane access-controlled highway is planned from NH-16 near Tangi to Kandarpur on SH-12 in Cuttack, Odisha, spanning 21.225 km under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.
