Rs.4500 Million New Devanahalli General Industrial Area Development Project in Karnataka
Executive Summary: A new industrial area is proposed in Doddaballapura and Devanahalli, Bengaluru, covering about 399.25 hectares. It will accommodate non-polluting industries such as aerospace, automobiles, electronics, IT, and engineering, along with residential development. Initially estimated at Rs.3,063 million, the project was later submitted for environmental clearance as Phase-2 with an investment of Rs.4,500 million and construction planned from August 2025 to December 2026.

Executive Summary: Mount Roofing And Structures plans to establish a new pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturing plant in Tumkur, Karnataka. The project will develop a 22-acre integrated complex with 4,00,000 sq ft built-up area, including a fully automated sandwich panel line. With an investment of Rs. 2,500 million, capacities will cover PUF panels, PEBs, steel sections and polycarbonate sheets. As of December 2025, statutory pollution control consent has been obtained.
New Common Hazardous Waste Incineration Facility in Tumkur, Karnataka
Executive Summary: A new hazardous waste management project is planned in Sira Industrial Area, Tumkur, involving a 20 TPD incineration unit and 20 TPD AFR preparation. By December 2025, the scope expanded to a 32,485 TPA treatment, storage, and disposal facility with a Rs. 100 million investment.
