Bakery Products Mfg. Expansion Project in Khordha, Odisha
Executive Summary: A bakery products expansion project is underway in Chatabar, Khordha, Odisha, boosting output of cake emulsified, stabilizing agents, improvers, and protein mix. Initially cleared in February 2025, the plan now covers repackaging capacities of 240 MT/A stabilizing agent, 3,000 MT/A protein mix, 4,500 MT/A improver, and 1,500 MT/A baking powder. State pollution control consent has been secured.
Rs.6409 Million New Domestic Terminal (T3) Building Construction Project in Khordha, Odisha
Executive Summary: A new Domestic Terminal (T3) building and allied works are planned at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Khordha, Odisha. The project, estimated at Rs. 6409.5 million, is scheduled to start in October 2025 and complete by December 2026. As of August 2025, it has been submitted to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for environmental clearance.
Rs.35736 Million New Sambalpur-Jarapada 3rd & 4th Line in Odisha
Executive Summary: A new 3rd and 4th railway line, each 127 km long, is planned between Sambalpur and Jarapada in Odisha. The project, estimated at Rs. 35,736.4 million, is set to begin in December 2025 and complete by December 2030. As of August 2025, it is being developed through the EPC route to enhance rail capacity and efficiency.
Rs.6230 Million Technical Ammonium Nitrate Mfg. Plant Expansion Project in Ganjam, Odisha
Executive Summary: A Technical Ammonium Nitrate manufacturing plant expansion is planned in Gopalpur Industrial Park, Ganjam, Odisha, to increase production capacity to 1,143 MTPD (LDAN or HDAN on a campaign basis). With an estimated cost of Rs. 6,230 million, construction began in November 2023 and concluded in April 2024. As of August 2025, the project awaits environmental clearance.
Rs.6000 Million New Coal Tar Distillation Unit in Jajapur, Odisha
Executive Summary: A new coal tar distillation unit is planned in Jakhapura, Jajapur, Odisha, with a production capacity of 200,000 tonnes of distillation products and 100,000 tonnes of carbon black annually. The project also includes an 11 MW cogeneration power plant. Estimated at Rs. 6,000 million, construction is set for April 2025–April 2027 and is currently under environmental clearance review.
Rs.19180 Million New Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant in Kendujhar, Odisha
Executive Summary: A new iron ore beneficiation plant is planned in Tikarpada and Kadagarh villages, Kendujhar, Odisha, with a capacity of 14.3 MTPA. The ₹19,180 million project aims to enhance ore processing efficiency using advanced technologies. Construction is set to begin in May 2025 and finish by November 2027. Environmental clearance is currently under review.
PVC Pipes Mfg. Expansion Project in Khordha, Odisha
Executive Summary: A PVC pipes manufacturing expansion project is planned in Jaymangal Industrial Estate, Khordha, Odisha. It includes increased capacities for PVC (8,400 MT/A), UPVC (5,100 MT/A), CPVC (2,500 MT/A), and OPVC (1,800 MT/A) pipes. As of August 2025, the project has received approval from the State Pollution Control Board for establishment.

Executive Summary: A new four-lane access-controlled highway is planned from NH-16 near Tangi to Kandarpur on SH-12 in Cuttack, Odisha, spanning 21.225 km under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.
