Rs.5490 Million Formaldehyde and Resin Expansion Project in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand

Rs.544 Million Distillery Expansion Project in Haridwar, Uttarkhand

New Resin Manufacturing Unit in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand

This unit will play a crucial role in meeting growing demand for resin in the plywood and laminate sectors. The estimated investment for the project is ₹6 million. As of July 2025, the proposal has been submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently undergoing the environment clearance process.
Rs.150 Million New Bulk Drugs Mfg. Unit in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand
Executive Summary: A new bulk drugs and intermediates manufacturing unit is planned in Mahuakhera Ganj, Kashipur, Uttarakhand, with a capacity of 36 TPA and an estimated cost of Rs.150 million. Construction is scheduled from August to December 2025. As of June 2025, the project has been accepted by the Ministry of Environment and referred to the Expert Appraisal Committee for clearance.
Rs.2405 Million Road Realignment Project in Uttarakhand
Executive Summary: A road realignment project is planned in Uttarakhand, covering 7.875 km between km 54.050 and km 61.550 of NH-87 (New NH-109), to support the proposed expansion of Pantnagar Airport. Estimated at Rs. 2,405 million, the project will be executed on an EPC basis. As of June 2025, bids have been invited for construction work.
