The project involves setting up an Aluminium Ingots manufacturing unit with a capacity of 24,000 MT/A. As of June 2026, the metal recovery plant has secured its formal Consent to Establish from state pollution control authorities to begin immediate structural installation.
Rs.427 Million New Solar Related Electronic Products Mfg. Project in Bangalore, Karnataka
Executive Summary: A new Rs. 427.8 million solar electronic products manufacturing plant is under active development at the Adinarayanahosahalli Phase-2 Industrial Area in Bangalore, Karnataka. Approved by the State Level Single Window Clearance Committee in August 2025, the facility manufactures specialized solar components. Onsite construction and civil implementation works are actively underway as of June 2026.
Rs.229 Million New Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Mfg. Unit in Howrah, West Bengal
Executive Summary: A new 991 TPA greenfield Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) manufacturing unit is planned for Chaturbhujkati, Howrah, West Bengal. The Rs. 229.9 million project is awaiting SEIAA environmental clearance as of June 2026. Construction is scheduled to run from January 2027 to December 2028 to boost regional pharmaceutical production.
New Formaldehyde Mfg. Project in Jammu and Kashmir
Executive Summary: A new chemical manufacturing facility is setting up in IGC Lassipora, Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. The project aims to produce Formaldehyde at a capacity of 9,000 MT/Annum, with an estimated investment of Rs. 36.297 million. Fast-track construction is scheduled for June–July 2026, and environmental clearance applications are currently under regulatory evaluation.
Rs.231 Million New Chemical Fertilizer Mfg. Unit in Kachchh, Gujarat
Executive Summary: An existing NPK fertilizer blending facility in KASEZ, Gandhidham, Gujarat, is expanding via a new GSSP/SSP manufacturing unit. This Rs. 231.7 million project scales up monthly chemical fertilizer production from 17,250 MTPM to 47,250 MTPM. Following a construction phase from July 2025 to June 2026, the unit awaits final SEIAA regulatory environmental clearance.
Rolling Mill Expansion Project in Surajpur, Chhattisgarh
Executive Summary: A steel production unit in Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, is expanding its rolling mill capacity from 59,400 TPA to 119,900 TPA. The brownfield development carries an estimated cost of Rs. 50 million. Rs.56883 Million New Development of Greenfield, Access Controlled Road Construction Project in Uttar Pradesh
Executive Summary: A new 50.94 km greenfield, access-controlled expressway project in Uttar Pradesh will connect the Agra–Lucknow Expressway to the Purvanchal Expressway. Estimated at Rs. 56,883.419 million, the high-speed roadway is designed for seamless transit. Construction is scheduled from December 2026 to December 2028, with SEIAA environmental clearance applications currently undergoing official regulatory evaluation.
Rs.8680 Million New Greenfield Food Mfg. Unit in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu
Executive Summary: A new food processing and snack manufacturing facility is setting up on a 7.96-acre plot inside the SIPCOT Industrial Area in Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The greenfield project carries an estimated capital investment of Rs. 8,680 million. Construction will span from September 2026 to July 2028, with final regulatory SEIAA environmental clearance currently under evaluation.
Rs.481 Million Refined Oil Mfg. Expansion Project in Bargarh, Odisha
Executive Summary: An agro-processing refinery in Bargarh, Odisha, is expanding its facilities to increase Rice Bran Refined Oil production to 65,000 TPA and De-oiled Rice Bran to 247,000 TPA. The Rs. 481.5 million expansion also introduces Cotton Seed and Maize oil lines. The state pollution control board has officially granted the mandatory Consent to Establish.
