Rs.43020 Million Lithium Battery Mfg. Plant Expansion Project in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu
Executive Summary: A new lithium-ion battery manufacturing project is planned in Parandapalli Village, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, with a 5 GWh capacity and annual output of over 51 million cells. The facility will expand from 37,957 sq.m to 128,688 sq.m, with an investment of ₹43,020 million. Construction starts in October 2025. Environmental clearance is under review as of June 2025.
